Occasionally you may have situations where Form entry data is incorrectly captured by an app user and thus needs to be updated.

This is possible to do via the secure website after a Form entry has been uploaded.

Only users with the Edit Data Entries permission found on the Edit User page of the secure website can perform entry editing.

Once granted permission, users will see an edit link on the View Entry page.

View Entry page is accessed via the Data Entries/Feed View menu option,

then selecting View Entry of entry to be viewed/updated.

The View Entry page will display non-hidden fields on your form and the respective captured data on the left. On the right will be the Edit option.

After editing an entry don’t forget to save.
